I remember this song from a CD I had as a kid called "Jock Jams." It was a compilation of songs typically used during sports/at gyms. I found it silly at the time, but it's just so catchy...

Shame the guy who made it was arrested for having literally 2,000 images of "pornography" featuring minors (aka child abuse) on his computer.
